Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid

We loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. It is conveniently located near Metro stations and in the upscale Salamanca neighborhood. being close to the beautiful Retiro park was a definite highlight for us.

We did find the dress code requirement for the breakfast buffet and Wellington Club to be somewhat unnecessary and restrictive.

I had a fantastic stay at the Wellington Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area near a beautiful park. The staff was so cute and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. The hotel also offered a club level option, which I highly recommend. The breakfast and happy hour spread in the club area was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options. I had a wonderful experience at Wellington Hotel & Spa and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location near upscale shops and restaurants. Fast room service with coffee delivered in 5 minutes. Excellent physiotherapist in the spa. Well-equipped gym with cross fit, Pilates, and pool. Delicious meal at Vasco restaurant. Lovely Molton Brown bathroom products.

This hotel provided a luxurious and relaxing stay in a great location. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding with a wide variety of treatments to indulge in. the swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi were both pristine and perfect for lounging in the sun. the attentive service from the staff was unmatched, leaving us feeling pampered and special. the high, quality in, room breakfast was a particular highlight, with plenty of options to suit every dietary need.

The only minor issue was the limited Sun terrace space, which could become crowded during peak hours. this was easily remedied by using the other outdoor areas.

We love the location of the hotel, as it is situated in the Salamanca district of the city. It's close to many attractions and just across the road from the beautiful Retiro Park. The room was comfortable and had a private terrace with a fantastic view over the city. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The minibar charges were a bit excessive and unfair.

I was amazed by the very nice service at Wellington Hotel & Spa. When I accidentally left my electronics at the airport, the Guest Relations department were really nice too retrieve them for me. They even boxed and shipped them back to me, ensuring they were well-protected. The hotel staff was also quick to respond to any issues, such as separating the beds in my room and fixing a shorted-out electric converter. The suites were fine and included transportation to and from the airport. The location in the beautiful Salamanca district was perfect for exploring. The bathroom was luxurious and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid is amazing location in the Salamanca section of town. The room size is great, and the breakfast buffet is really good with a wide variety of options. The gym is excellent, equipped with the latest fitness aids. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, especially Diego were pretty good to assist us.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Amazing location in the Salamanca section of Madrid, with easy access to museums, shopping boutiques, and restaurants. Spacious Junior Suite with comfortable king bed and great living space. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Manuel who assisted with all our needs. Excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of options and attentive service. Wellington Club on the 7th floor with stunning views, a snack bar, and a private lounge area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in central Madrid. The hotel facilities were extensive and the cleanliness was perfect. We especially loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms with great air conditioning. The location was perfect, close to many attractions including the Prado museum. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options including meats, cheeses, breads, and sweets.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was situated near all the upscale shops and had a lovely atmosphere. The room service was efficient and the staff were friendly. The spa had an excellent physiotherapist who really helped us. We also loved the well-equipped gym, with various rooms for different workout activities. The pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed taking a dip. Lastly, the restaurant on the hotel served delicious meals, especially the fish and the Pavlova.

Charming and helpful staff, perfect location in the Salamanca section, spacious room with great breakfast buffet, excellent service from knowledgeable reception, on-site gourmet restaurants, English bar for Happy Hour. Loved the experience!
